Things cut out of diet:

- Most red meat (Not because of the Mad Cow scare, because it's fattening for the most part. Will indulge in the occasional steak dinner :P )
- Refined sugars
- Any food that has more than 15% of it's calories from fat

Things Added:
- Snow peas in their pods :D
- Organic stuff. It's seriously yummy. Organic Carrots, and apples.


Yesterday, I had a carrot, some snowpeas, egg whites with brown toast (no butter!), Chicken taco salad with 1/2 chicken breast, with lettuce and hot sauce, fruit salad, some more snowpeas, and some strawberries. Went to the gym while ER was on, got on the cross trainer thing, and ran for an hour. Burned 850 calories, according to the machine, so I'll take it as about 500, cuz those never seem to be accurate...

I will keep you guys posted. 5 down, 115 to go :) (To quote JM's method of counting)...

Oh yeah, He survived his surgery :D He PM'd me when he got home and said "Those damn bastards shaved some hair off my chest" Crazy hairy guy...
