Frustration

I've been a member of sparkpeople.com for a looooong time. Since 2008 or even sooner. They are usually very good, but I stumbled across something that's frustrating.

sparkpeople.com is a site where a person can log their activities, calories, get information about their lifestyle, etc. It's a good site and has helped me lose weight in the past.

However, perhaps they should start thinking about who they accept advertising money from. I know they run ads so they can offer the product free of charge. But is this appropriate for a website that wants us to change our lifestyle?

Seriously, sparkpeople?

You can click on the Learn More link and apparently there's an option to ask them to stop showing specific ads. They act pretty quickly on things like that, too.
