While I see your point, there are certain items on their menu that are kind of semi-healthy (i.e. the chili, which isn't featured there for some reason, you're killing me here Wendy's!) and isn't it kind of up to the individual to like... get ONE item from the dollar menu instead of four? One item for lunch is probably just fine as long as you calorie count for the day. I guess I'm of the camp that if you eat the right amount of food, it doesn't really matter what you eat (short term anyway... although that guy DID lose 14 pounds on the twinkie diet... LOL)
