Interview Questions
Jun. 12th, 2003 06:47 pmWhat is your favorite childhood memory?
A friend of mine in Regina had a dad who was a bus driver, but should have been a carpenter. He built this amazing playhouse in their yard, complete with a sandbox with sand that was so incredibly deep, we'd bury eachother in them. There were swings, and a slide from the playhouse. I think inside the playhouse was my favourite place. Whenever I forgot my key, and especially when it was raining, it was ok to go up in there, and I remember sitting up there and singing until mom came home. I didn't have an overly exciting childhood, so this is one of my favourite memories :)
What do you think your life will be like when you are 40?
40. I'm 18 now, so that's 22 years from now. I hope to be healthy, and working as a Respiratory Therapist while having music as a side thing, or a backup. I don't know if I'll have kids or not. I hope that I will make a difference in the lives of others.
Do your prefer rocky or sandy beaches?
Never been to an sandy one, but have seen a rocky one, in Vancouver on the Strait of Georgia. From pictures though, rocky beaches seem more romantic. I love being in the mountains, and I've seen waterfalls made of rocks, and rivers with rocky shores, as well as the rocky by the water in Vancouver. Big rocks are a challenge to climb about on. I can't think of anything more romantic than a hike through a forest with your lover, climbing all over rocks, and finally making it to water, be it a river, or the ocean (which I have never seen...)
What would your ideal vacation be like?
Well, I'm going on a road trip this summer with my little sis, and if we can round up a few friends to come along, all the better. A long drive through the mountains to a small town on a lake (I guess I will see a sandy beach this summer for the first time...) and then on to Vancouver. I think it will be ideal, for me. I love car trips, and I loved Vancouver when I was there last time, and this time I wont' be rushed, and performing and the like, so I think it will be better than last time. So, a road trip through mountains and the like with friends. I dont' think it can be beat :)
If you could make a new friend from scratch, what would they be like?
She'd be confident, friendly. She'd have an active conscience, unlike many people I've met. She would have consideration for everyone's feelings, and if she falls in love, she won't forget about everyone else in her life. She'd be honest and kind and trustworthy. I think she'd be what I strive to be, and a role model for me.
