I got new socks!! So warm and fuzzy... :)

I am working emerg today from 11-3, then I get to go to viscount bennett centre, and get help with my stoichiometry unit from my teacher. I am SO confused, you won't believe it. bah. Then I get to come home, and sleep under a warm blanket for a long time.

My bedroom is SOOOO cold. I put my glasses on my face this morning, and THEY were cold. I'm surprised my hands are working well enough to type.

That reminds me... I have an appointment with a surgeon (Dr. Nickerson) for my hand! YAY! I want to get the surgery done and over with so that I won't lose feeling in my hands anymore.

Reading a book called "The Hot Zone" by Richard Preston. About the ebola virus. Very VERY vivid discriptions. Surprised I could eat dinner tonight. A mandatory read, since I would just fall asleep during a movie.

Saw two attepmted suicides today. Scary. Most people think that when you're at a hospital, the things that will hit you the most, the hardest are the gross, bloody or vomit stuff. you know, body fluids, etc. Not true. When you see someone your age, in somthing that could or almost did happen to you, that's when it hits you. Fortunately, afaik, they both made it.

it's SOOO fucking cold in my room. bah. I need to almost wear gloves.

I missed the deadling for operation Christmas child this year. fuck.
