Sep. 4th, 2002 11:20 pmI've been doing some soul searching lately. Just spending time with myself, and the things I enjoy. Finding out just exactly who is Chandra? I'm still not totally sure, but when I know for sure, I'll let you know.
I start another work week tomorrow. Stressful-Chandras-in-charge-with-no-emergency-contact week is over, and my boss congradulated me on doing a very good job. The store was perfect, she said, and she is proud of me. Hopefully another raise will come soon.
I think I want to have a car by February. I will hopefully take drivers ed. after I pay Zach back for band tour, and then take the course. I can't forget about chemistry though. I also want to begin volunteering at the hospital on my days off. I'm excited about that too. I want to see how I thrive in a hospital environment before I begin my post secondary studies, and spend three years on getting the diploma.
I also am going to SAIT on 3 October for a sort of info session/orientation to the program that I want to take. I'm excited about that. I think I'll make Andrew or Steph go with me- they've both been to SAIT before, I never have.
Blood donating on the 20th again :) This will be my second time, I will have nothing to worry about. It's weird- sitting on a reclined chair in the middle of the shopping mall that I work at being drained of a pint of blood :) Anyone in the calgary area- 20 September from 10 till 3 at Deerfood Mall down at the Sears wing. Give Blood. It saves lives.
