Sep. 19th, 2001 01:44 amIt's almost 2 am... I have to be up at 6. Should I even bother heading to bed?
we'll see how long this takes me.
So far, I am enjoying myself at the Gym. I joined the World Health Club, and i'm starting to get myself together on the outside, now that the inside is all fixed (I"m talking about my former depression here, in case you're wondering).
I had a long talk with Kristy today, about what I was like during my depression. I remember none of it, but some of the stuff she told me was scary, so I'm glad I don't remember. It's funny, I remember the Accident that started the avalanche, but I don't remember the pile of snow at the bottom. That part is clear as day, but basically from the end of june 1998 to may 2000 is gone from my memory. It's interesting how the human brain blocks out stuff like that... Maybe I'll share what we talked about with you guys. If you ask nice...
I spent the night at Clancy's last night... we're becoming better firneds. Too bad she's moving to nova Scotia after school's all over. She says "You have to come down and see me for 2 weeks in NS, I'll even let you drive"... Ha. Like i'd want to drive lol, I can't even walk straight. Yesterday was cool though.
The school board in my city has, yes, once again, overreacted. They have cancelled any plane trips anywhere, and we're not allowed to cross any international boarders. This means that my senior trip to california for that competition is gone. To tell you the truth, I don't care. It's not like I want to get on a plane anytime soon. And besides. We'll go to Vancouver, or Victoria or Winnipeg or something... funny, no one wants to go to regina... :)
Tomorrow I will not work out. I have a tonne of homework due for thursday. I have a doctor's appointment to follow up on my Carpal Tunnel on Thursday night so I ca't work out, I work Fri and Sat, so I guess I will jsut have to wait till sunday to go back to the gym. Hopefully someone will come with me... but then I have to talk to them. They have a system where when you're on a cardio machine you can plug in earphones and watch TV
Dad's up gotta go!
